The following technical requirements must be met for small dual oil
filters:
1. Filter Screen Area Ratio
The ratio of the through-hole area of the filter screen to the
nominal cross-sectional area of the small dual oil filter shall not
be less than 12.
2. Water Pressure Inspection
The water pressure inspection of small dual oil filters should meet
the following requirements:
2.1 Strength and Material Tightness Test
The body and cover shall be subjected to a strength and material
tightness test with a pressure of PS=7kgf/cm2 for a duration of 3
minutes. No leakage shall occur during the test. If the water
pressure remains unchanged, the test shall be considered qualified.
2.2 Sealing Test
After the small dual oil filter is assembled, rotate the control
plug to close the channel on either side of the body. Conduct a
sealing test at Pm=4kgf/cm2. Check the sealing surface in contact
with the plug core and the body for 1 minute. If the leakage amount
is within the allowable range, the test is considered qualified
(the leakage amount can be calculated as 6ml * nominal
diameter/25). Then repeat the test on the other side of the body
without installing a filter cartridge.
3. Flange Connection
The flange connection of the small dual oil filter shall comply
with CBM1005-81.
4. Other Technical Requirements
Any other technical requirements for small dual oil filters must
comply with GB600-82.
